As GPs we are inundated with patients aiming for a healthier lifestyle. What’s struck us over the years is that while most are eager to change, they find it difficult to execute those changes. Although you might be embarking on a health kick for yourself, you shouldn’t do it by yourself. Everyone needs support and a strategic plan to succeed.

Having accrued over 3 decades of health screening experience between us we recognise that simply turning up for a medical is not enough.
Crunching the numbers and measuring the variables during a ‘Well Person check’ is essential, but only effective if patients subsequently make the changes off their own initiative. So we have created bespoke lifestyle medical packages. These include all of the regular health screening parameters but also encompass things like personal metabolic risk for diabetes and heart disease, nutritional profiling and sports performance analysis. We also have an onsite scanner which formally analyses bone density, muscle mass and body fat.
