If you have had unprotected sex and are worried about sexually transmitted infections, we can book you for an appointment with one of our GP’s who will discuss your concerns with you and provide advice, testing and prescriptions if needed.
For sexual health testing, there are several ways this can be tested. We can test via blood tests, urine samples or swabs depending upon your symptoms.
We suggest testing annually but if you have a new partner or have multiple partners, we recommend testing every 3 months or sooner if you have any concerns. If you feel you have been exposed to a sexually transmitted infection, it is best to be seen as soon as possible.
